Overview

Rosie Perreira, a nervous widow, juggles life with her guitar-loving son, Sabhi, and her daughter, Nancy, whom she dreams of marrying off to a wealthy suitor. Her neighbor, Tom, introduces Nancy to Tony Braganza during their morning train commute, encouraging her to bring him home.
