Overview

Twenty-five-year-old Danny Hill inherits his late grandmother's spacious rent-controlled apartment in Manhattan, providing him a unique opportunity. To secure the lease, he must remain locked inside for twelve days. However, as he settles in, Danny discovers that he might not be alone in the apartment.
