Overview

At a Florida university, a scientist's quest to regenerate dead brain tissue in baboons backfires spectacularly, resulting in the emergence of a lethal "rage virus." When a college journalist sneaks into the lab, an infected baboon bites him, unleashing chaos as the virus spreads. Soon, it reaches a group of rapists and a valley girl, transforming them into ruthless killers.
