Overview

In Danbury, Connecticut, Chris Sam works for a septic company while his wife Lisa teaches special ed. They raise their three bright kids—Maddy, Chris Jr., and Jake—in Chris’s childhood home. Maddy excels in college, and the younger boys shine as athletes. This close, well-liked family seems to live the suburban dream—until they vanish without a trace, cutting off all contact. Concerned and curious, Jairus, an old family friend, gathers his film crew to track them down.
