Overview

Dragon takes on a new role as the police chief of Sai Wan district, where he faces a myriad of challenges. Tasked with dismantling the operations of a powerful gangster kingpin, he also grapples with anti-Manchu revolutionaries and runaway pirates. Adding to the chaos, Dragon must navigate treachery from Manchu Loyalists and contend with a corrupt police superintendent. With danger lurking at every corner, his leadership and martial prowess are put to the ultimate test in a battle against crime and corruption.
