Overview

A ruthless teenage gang, led by the enigmatic martial arts master Sonny, has plunged the city into chaos, leaving the Mayor and Police Commissioner desperate for help. They enlist J.D. McKay, a skilled karate expert and mercenary, to confront the gang’s brutal reign. McKay systematically takes down the gang members with lethal efficiency, but ultimately faces a heart-wrenching confrontation with Sonny, his childhood friend turned adversary. As one fights to save the city and the other seeks to dominate it, their past friendship transforms into a fierce battle of wills.
