Overview

Joe McBeth, a well-meaning but aimless employee at a burger joint, shares his mundane life with his sharp-minded wife, Pat. Frustrated with their inept boss, Norm, Pat hatches a scheme to take control of the restaurant. She persuades Joe to help her in a plot that involves robbing the establishment's safe, followed by the elimination of Norm. Their plan is designed to mislead law enforcement, but as ambition takes hold, the couple's lives spiral into a dark and comedic chaos, revealing the perils of ambition and moral compromise.
