Overview

A gifted preteen receives a scholarship to a prestigious graduate research program, presenting her a chance to shine in her field. However, her excitement is quickly overshadowed by a dire family crisis. Her grandfather, who has been her guardian, finds himself entangled in a dangerous situation with ruthless mobsters due to mounting debts.
