Overview

A disgruntled New York police officer finds his reputation tarnished by a scathing newspaper article penned by an intrusive journalist. Tensions flare as they clash over the story, but circumstances force them to set aside their differences. Together, they tackle a menacing gang operating in the subway system, headed by a recently released mental patient.
