Overview

For four hundred years, the Roman Empire dominated Britannia, trading security and stability for allegiance. To defend against the enigmatic blue-painted Picts, they erected Hadrian's Wall along the northern frontier. However, in the fifth century, the Romans abandoned their stronghold, thrusting the British into chaos. Left to navigate a tumultuous landscape without their protectors, King Vortigern emerges as a leader tasked with uniting his people against the impending threats that loom on the horizon.
