Ambitious real estate agent Leigh is tasked with selling a house shrouded in dark history. During her efforts, she encounters a troubled girl, the runaway daughter of the sellers. Concerned for the girl’s safety, Leigh attempts to assist her, unwittingly drawing herself into a malevolent supernatural force.
