Overview

Grace Winston, grappling with Histrionic Personality Disorder, relocates to Philadelphia after killing her husband. There, she becomes infatuated with her neighbor and concocts a plan to win his affection. To get closer to him, she fabricates a story about an imaginary stalker, manipulating the situation to draw him in. As her obsession deepens, the line between reality and her warped fantasies blurs, leading to dangerous consequences.
