Overview

FBI agent Joel Campbell, exhausted and traumatized from years of hunting serial killers, relocates from L.A. to Chicago seeking a fresh start. However, his plans are shattered when a series of brutal murders erupt in his new city, all bearing the signature of his old adversary, David Allen Griffin. This cunning serial killer has followed Joel to Chicago, engaging him in a twisted game of cat and mouse.
