Hostage (2005)

Overview

A mafia accountant finds himself captured during a routine patrol, leading a police officer, haunted by the remorse of a failed negotiation in his past, to step in and resolve the crisis. As he attempts to broker peace and secure the accountant's release, he faces a dire challenge: his own loved ones are being held by the very criminals he’s negotiating with, complicating the stakes of the standoff.
