Overview

Eilis Lacey, a young woman from 1950s Ireland, faces a pivotal decision as she navigates life between her homeland and New York City. After moving to America in search of a better future, she finds herself torn between two worlds and two suitors: the charming Italian-American Tony and her old flame back home. As Eilis adapts to her new life, she must confront her feelings and the pull of her past, ultimately deciding where her heart truly belongs.
