The Enigma of Love

Overview

Jackie (Jacky Cheung) runs a dubious nightclub that the police are eager to shut down, but his cunning has kept him out of their grasp. Things take a turn when Jackie manages to seduce Tammy (Maggie Cheung), a female officer, leaving the rest of the department furious and determined to bring him down. As they ramp up their efforts, Jackie finds himself at a crossroads: is he genuinely falling for Tammy and considering a change in his life, or has he become too entangled with the police to escape his current path?
