Overview

Phoebe Titus, a resilient and bold pioneer, finds her tough exterior softened when she encounters Peter Muncie, a man headed to California. Despite her growing affection, Peter remains focused on his journey, leaving Phoebe to fend for herself against the scheming Jefferson Carteret and Lazarus Ward, who threaten her freighting business.
