Overview

Gilda Bessé lives in a Parisian flat with Irish teacher Guy Malyon and Spanish refugee Mia. As tensions rise across Europe, Gilda immerses herself in a carefree existence while forging a path as a photographer. Meanwhile, Guy and Mia's sense of duty compels them to fight against the encroaching fascism. Their differing choices test the bonds of their friendship, leading to an emotional separation as the shadows of war loom larger over their lives.
