Princess Mononoke

Overview

Ashitaka, the last prince of the vanishing Emishi tribe, is afflicted by a curse from a corrupted boar god and sets off on a quest to the west in search of healing. During his travels, he meets San, a fierce young woman dedicated to defending the forest, and Lady Eboshi, who seeks to exploit it. Caught in the middle of their fierce struggle, Ashitaka strives to restore harmony between the warring factions and the natural world.
