Overview

Amidst a brutal gang conflict in Macau, corrupt cop Sam navigates tense negotiations between rival Triad leaders aiming for an alliance. His routine becomes increasingly complicated when a mysterious bald man named Tony starts shadowing him, intruding on both his professional and personal life.
