Overview

After serving time for murder, a man finds himself grappling with life outside prison walls, haunted by his troubled past. He becomes entangled with a lowly dancehall girl, and their lives take a dark turn when her abusive protector is accidentally killed. As they flee together, they assume new identities as farm workers, but their secret quickly draws the attention of their suspicious colleagues.
