Karate expert and anti-drug crusader Chiba makes a bold return to Japan, declaring a war on the nation’s drug trade during a press conference. Eager to cleanse the streets, he offers his bodyguard services to anyone willing to expose the drug lords. Soon, a mysterious woman approaches him, claiming to possess vital information and seeking his protection.
