Overview

In the 1940s, Shanghai is under the oppressive grip of the fearsome Axe Gang. Aspiring crooks Sing and Bone aim to align themselves with this notorious group, but instead, they attract the ire of formidable foes. However, they soon discover that incredible kung fu skills and unexpected allies lie hidden within the unassuming residents of their neighborhood. With an unlikely team of martial artists at their side, Sing and Bone must summon their courage to confront the ruthless Axe Gang and reclaim their city.
