Overview

In a crime-ridden city, District Attorney Tony Quinn faces overwhelming odds. After a brutal attack by a crime lord leaves him blinded by acid, it appears that justice is lost. However, a groundbreaking scientific procedure grants him the extraordinary ability to see in the dark, akin to a bat. Embracing this new power, Tony transforms into the vigilante known as the Black Bat.
