Meanwhile, Caroline's sister, Judith, visits and quickly notices the tension between Caroline and Du Plessis. She takes it upon herself to help Caroline realize her feelings for him. In a romantic gesture, Max surprises Rosie with a stunning diamond engagement ring, envisioning a shared future. However, as he describes his dreams, Rosie begins to feel uncertain.
