V.I.P. is tasked with safeguarding Dr. Greg "Bonzai" Kobak, a scientist developing an oil-eating bacteria that, when combined with a DNA accelerant, will produce the deadly Diablo 99. This toxin has the potential to transform water into sludge, and Dr. Tina Stokes is determined to obtain both the bacteria and the accelerant. She arranges for Val to enjoy a spa retreat while sending a lookalike to infiltrate V.I.P. and steal the bacteria. However, her scheme unravels when the real Val returns unexpectedly, suspicious of Dr. Tina's partner, Angel, who makes two attempts on her life.
