Meanwhile, Carlos discovers the tragic news of Vangie's death and learns he is the father of the baby her sister has left at the firehouse. On the anniversary of Bobby's passing, Kim argues with Jimmy about her visitation rights with Joey and faces off against a female gang during a call. Additionally, Doc receives an unexpected visit from the father of a former patient, whose severe injury could be linked to a mistake Doc made during treatment.
