Episode Overview
In a desperate act to protect himself, Muro deliberately injures himself while in prison. Once he manages to escape to the hospital, he teams up with the Albanians. Meanwhile, Miranda faces mounting pressure from Quesada, the head of the cartel. It comes to light that Gema Valdés is alive and recovering from a long coma. Nando suggests to Diosdado that they boost their profits by smuggling drugs using a submarine, but he requires a partner to make it happen.
