Time Team embarks on their first excavation of a watermill, a type of structure that has been largely overlooked despite its historical significance. Traveling to the River Otter in Devon, the team explores a site that can be traced back to the Domesday Book of 1086, although the last mill structure was demolished as recently as the 1960s.
