Episode Overview

Carrick O'Quinn, the head of a controversial police special unit, openly acknowledges his tendency to reach for his service weapon too quickly. His motto is essentially to shoot first and ask questions later. When his team responds to an art heist, Reno Raines and Judge Sarah Jessup find themselves inside the building with the actual thieves. The officers mistake them for the criminals, putting their lives at risk as O'Quinn’s aggressive approach nearly leads to a tragic misunderstanding.
