Meanwhile, Maggie travels to the East Coast to reunite with her estranged daughter, Kim, whose boyfriend, a former gang member, is willing to expose his past associates. As tensions rise, ICS uncovers a cross-border serial killer who has turned his attention towards Kim, intensifying the urgency of their investigation.
