Title: The Retreat at Kanegasaki Plot: As the Asai and Asakura forces pursue the remnants of Yoshiharu's army, he reflects on the sacrifice of his fallen soldiers. Hanzō and Zenki encourage him to persevere. Cornered by Yoshitatsu at a cliff, Yoshiharu pleads for his men’s lives in exchange for his own, and Yoshitatsu reluctantly agrees. Just as he prepares to execute Yoshiharu with his cannon, Jubei, Inuchiyo, and Motoyasu arrive to rescue him, but Hanzō detonates a bomb, sparing Yoshiharu from defeat. Enraged by this loss, Jubei confronts Yoshitatsu, only to be blasted off the cliff. Meanwhile, Nobuna survives an assassination attempt thanks to Yoshiharu's phone, though she remains unconscious, haunted by dreams of him.
