Simultaneously, Ruthie finds herself in hot water when she's discovered slow dancing with her boyfriend instead of taking care of Sam and David. On a different front, Lucy requests Simon to gather intel on Roxanne while he's on a ride-along with her and Kevin in the patrol car. Meanwhile, Kevin faces a dilemma when he unexpectedly encounters his ex-wife, leaving him with some explaining to do to Lucy.
