Episode Overview
Mary is ecstatic about the arrival of her younger brother Ben, who brings joy and charm as a wonderful uncle to Tommy. However, Ben's visit to Hopetoun is driven by ulterior motives that extend beyond family ties. He recruits the Wild Boys for what seems like a straightforward cash heist. Things quickly spiral out of control when they inadvertently confront the dangerous Rope Gang, a group of notorious bushrangers. Soon after, Tommy is abducted, and a ransom is demanded. Despite Mary's efforts, with significant assistance from Fife, the money doesn't ensure Tommy's release. A frantic search begins, spearheaded by Fuller, with Scanlon supporting Mary. Meanwhile, the Wild Boys take matters into their own hands as Jack becomes increasingly determined to safely bring Tommy back home.
