At the Ewing celebration, Sue Ellen gets overly intoxicated. Meanwhile, Donna shares the news of her pregnancy with Ray. J.R. comforts Mandy Winger, assuring her that Sue Ellen’s issues will soon be dealt with. Jenna eagerly anticipates her wedding, while Bobby grapples with his feelings about whom to marry. Sue Ellen promises Clayton and Miss Ellie that she has quit drinking. Mitch and Lucy tie the knot once again. Cliff contemplates annulling his marriage to Jamie. Dusty makes a sudden return, and Pam insists that Bobby must choose Jenna. J.R. proposes to Sue Ellen that they end their marriage. Bobby then surprises Pam with a marriage proposal. During a tense conversation about the annulment, Jamie catches Cliff off guard. As Bobby departs from Pam's house, a car speeds towards Pamela, prompting Bobby to push her out of harm's way, resulting in him being struck. The driver is revealed to be the deceased Katherine Wentworth
