In a blunder, Bubble sends Edina’s client information to her rival, Claudia Bing, who swiftly steals many of Edina’s clients, including the iconic Twiggy. Meanwhile, Edina and Patsy, who is grappling with a recent osteoporosis diagnosis, are reluctantly dragged to a Menopausals Anonymous meeting that Saffron has arranged. To reclaim her clientele and salvage her business, Edina tricks Claudia into purchasing her television company, which is currently devoid of content, while also persuading her to return several key clients. Saffron experiences a chilling nightmare where Patsy threatens to inseminate herself with Mick Jagger's sperm if she isn’t allowed to occupy the spare room.
