In Redondo Beach, California, the renowned food truck Seoul Sausage, an all-star season runner-up, puts the teams to the test by asking them to create an innovative box lunch to sell along the boardwalk. Most food trucks see a boost in sales, with one truck even exceeding their total sales for the entire competition. However, one team faces challenges both in selling their food and in their dynamics, prompting Tyler Florence to step in and conduct an impromptu therapy session to help them work through their issues.
