Feeling the weight of Clay's doubts about her intentions in their marriage, Sammy Jo turns to Steven for comfort and support, rekindling their friendship. Meanwhile, Krystle and Dex embark on a mission to locate Blake and Alexis. Alexis's initial scheme to exploit Blake's memory loss evolves into a genuine revival of their former relationship. Dominique faces Gary Tilden, who, despite her firm refusal of his business offer, ominously promises she hasn’t seen the last of him. In a surprising turn, Sammy Jo requests an annulment from Clay, claiming she has given it serious thought. Later, Dominique is attacked in her studio by two thugs but is saved by Nick Kimball. Following a lead, Krystle confronts Alexis and demands to see Blake, only for him to not recognize her. This distressing moment leaves Blake confused, prompting him to ask Alexis for clarity.
