Overview
Set in 1931, Japan is under the iron grip of Prince Tokugawa Yoshinobu, where a blend of Meiji-era traditions and advancing technology creates a unique backdrop. However, shadows loom as Kuchinawa, a rebellious faction, schemes to eliminate the prince. Enter Nue, a covert executioner unit tasked with quelling this threat. Among them is Sawa Yukimura, driven by a tragic past; her family was brutally killed by Kuchinawa’s leader. Fueled by vengeance, Sawa navigates a treacherous world of loyalty and betrayal as she seeks justice for her loved ones.
