Overview
Caillou is a beloved Canadian children's animated series inspired by Christine L'Heureux’s books, featuring charming illustrations by Hélène Desputeaux. The show opens with a grandmother sharing stories with her grandchildren, a narrative style that captivated young audiences. Premiering on Teletoon in 1998, Caillou made its U.S. debut on PBS on September 4, 2000. The series encourages curiosity and discovery as it follows the adventures of the curious four-year-old, Caillou.
