Overview
Notorious for his gruesome crimes, serial killer Joe Carroll escapes from death row after being convicted of murdering 14 female students at the Virginia college where he once taught. To aid in recapturing him, the FBI enlists former agent Ryan Hardy, who previously brought Carroll to justice in 2003. Teaming up with agents Mike Weston and Debra Parker, Ryan delves into the complex network of murders that Carroll continues to orchestrate, unraveling a chilling plot that threatens to spiral further out of control.
