Episode Overview

Just moments before a structure is torn down, a silent, enigmatic boy, who has been surviving in the underground, is found. The FBI's Fringe Division steps in to investigate, and the child develops a deep, unspoken bond with Agent Olivia Dunham. Concurrently, a particularly horrific serial killer reemerges, flaunting his "creations" for all to see. As the boy slowly begins to adapt to his new surroundings, Olivia and her team face a race against time to stop the deranged murderer from unleashing more chaos.
