Episode Overview

The summer of 1985 marked an unprecedented heatwave in Los Angeles, but the sweltering nights brought no relief to the terrified residents, who found themselves too fearful to sleep. A brutal murderer was on the prowl, and while the 1980s were notorious for serial killers, one in particular struck fear into the hearts of many. Known as the Night Stalker, his heinous acts were random and brutal, carried out in the name of Satan, claiming victims from young children to the elderly. As panic gripped the city and the police struggled to catch him, a tip from a teenage boy who spotted a suspicious vehicle at a crime scene emerged. Could this lead finally bring the Night Stalker to justice?
