Colson and the police force face mounting challenges as crime rates soar. Toni becomes increasingly concerned about Sofia's emotional detachment, while Albert searches for a new home. Annie is back from her national tour, and Delmond launches his new album in New York, where Janette is employed at a fashionable restaurant. Meanwhile, the Dirty Dozen Brass Band takes the stage.
