He sources fresh produce from the picturesque farm stand at Mogor Baden Winery, artisanal cheeses from the historic Rancho La Campana cheese cave, and breads and olives at the delightful Cremeria los Globos. The evening's menu includes local leg of lamb with a pasilla olive sauce, mixed greens with fresh mussels and fava beans, and luscious strawberries with chamomile sabayon. Truly a dream come true!
