Episode Overview

Cyril O'Reily, Ryan's brother, arrives in Oz and quickly falls victim to Schillinger's aggression. Ryan attempts to protect him, but Cyril ends up in solitary confinement instead. Meanwhile, El Cid informs Alvarez that the only way to remain relevant is to blind a prison guard named Rivera. Bellinger and Adebisi continue their secret correspondence, despite never meeting in person. New Wiseguys leader Nappa seeks retribution against Adebisi for the assault on his godson, Peter Schibetta. Additionally, Robert Sippel, a Catholic priest who served a decade in Oz for abusing a minor, is released, while Poet makes a return.
