Episode Overview

Roy and John successfully bring their vintage fire engine back to life for the California Fire Fighters Parade. However, a man with heart issues insists on being the driver and ends up causing an accident, leading the other driver to take the blame. Meanwhile, Dr. Early attends to a patient who has a seizure in the waiting area. On another front, a man collapses during a date and struggles to breathe, prompting the doctors to investigate the underlying issue. Additionally, a child's illness sparks a heated dispute between his divorced parents. As they head to the parade in their restored engine, the paramedics are called to handle a genuine emergency.
