Capitol Critters

Overview
Capitol Critters takes viewers into the hidden world of mice, rats, and cockroaches living within the White House's basement and walls. Produced by Steven Bochco Productions and Hanna-Barbera in collaboration with 20th Century Fox Television, the animated series aired on ABC from January to March 1992, showcasing seven of its 13 episodes. In 1995, Cartoon Network later featured the complete series. Attempting to capitalize on the animated comedy boom sparked by The Simpsons, Capitol Critters joins other short-lived efforts like Fish Police and Family Dog, all failing to capture lasting audience interest.
