Episode Overview

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer travel to Warwickshire to assist Gill and John, a couple struggling to decide the fate of their inherited two-bedroom house. With their children growing up, John believes the home won't suit their needs and thinks relocating closer to town would be better as the kids enter their teenage years. On the other hand, Gill cherishes her memories of her mother and values the rural surroundings, making it hard for her to consider moving away from the place she loves.
