Episode Overview

Harry, a hotel janitor and occasional drinker, sees a murder take place in one of the rooms. Initially, he stays silent, but Reed manages to break through his tough exterior by treating him with kindness and dignity, something he desperately lacks from his loved ones. However, Harry's credibility is put in jeopardy due to his history with alcohol. Meanwhile, Malloy reflects on his own youth as he recounts his experience supervising a junior high dance.
